Yup.. more to give thanks for........
My mum brought me a cross pendant! HEE! And she was so excited to give me... realli felt very encouraged... tis is the 2nd cross my mum brought for me... yup.. realli goes to show the acceptance in her wif me being a Christian!
Finally went for my work orientation... hmmm like i shared with the new staff... i dun noe wat a work orientation shld be like... so yah.. it was realli an eye-opener cos' we had tea session wif ps eugene followed by a tour to 3 service centres...! 1st was the seniors activity centre, then independent living and lastly ubi hostel... hee.. realli thankful for the oppt. to meet my fellow colleauges... seeing their passion (yet noe-ing they r veri veri human...) in doing the service... realli inspired me... saw how the clients r very warm and cheerful perked me up! oh... the independent living is for the special needs ppl... they ended by praying for us... is so sweet! like u noe how we take prayers for granted at times.. yah.. every word they painstakingly formed in a proper sentence... its realli amazing.......
Hahhaha.... yup.. is veri deep kind of orientation... i cant realli express it well by blogging... I thx God for tis timely orientation... realli changed alot of my thots abt working in TCS... (though i still hold reservations in certain aspects) hee hee.. otherwise is very much a serving and loving environment... hahhaa... cant wait to go to the Staff advance in sept! Hee.... starting to understand wat it means by "part-time working, full-time ministry"....
So wif tat..... i shared wif my g12.. (cos' doing the fruits of the spirit... and todae's fruit is JOY!) HAHA... so every divine... and also shared wif my parents.... i think my parents r impress! and my Dad donated a neat sum to TCS! Yup.... (no more "golden tap").... so yup... blessed tat they r not negative abt my job... praying for an opening for my mum to become a volunteer and my dad to be involved in diabetics support.. cos' dad is one... heh..... amen!
